Architecturally appropriate and exceptionally built, many find Kensington Development communities become a hub of activity not only for residents and local seniors, but also for their families, friends, neighbors and the community-at-large.
Having developed over 200 assisted living communities and financed over $6 billion in real estate worldwide, The Kensington Development team provides superior development, capital markets, and operational expertise.
Kensington Senior Development is currently pursuing sites in highly desirable locations with high barriers to entry in California, the New York Metropolitan Area and the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area. If you are interested in discussing a site or partnering on a project, please contact Michael Rafeedie.
The Kensington White Plains brought jobs and revenue to our city, but most importantly it helped our seniors remain part of the community they love and kept our families together.
Joseph Delfino
Mayor of White Plains, NY
I’m definitely in favor of this project. This is something, that to our school district, is priceless; to me it’s a no-brainer.
Steve Aspel
Mayor of Redondo Beach, CA
Kensington has delivered an extraordinary development in our downtown and their team continues to be thoughtful community partners. We couldn’t be happier with the project and are grateful to Kensington for providing much needed economic and social benefits to all stakeholders involved. They have truly created a unique destination for residents, family, friends, community groups, and businesses.
Ross Litkenhous
City Council Member in Falls Church, VA
The Kensington brings so much to Sierra Madre… bringing much needed revenue to our General Fund, providing for Sierra Madre’s elderly seniors that can no longer live independently but wish to remain in their hometown, and enriching the lives of other residents through the programs that are offered by The Kensington. The Kensington is now an integral part of our community.
John Capoccia
Mayor of Sierra Madre, CA
