Higher Level Professional Staff
- Medical Director on staff
- Full-time Director of Resident Care & Nursing Services
- Memory Care Supervisor and staff who provide coverage 7 days a week
- Licensed nurse on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Trained Caregivers and LPN/LVNs who provide all hands-on care
- Primary care manager to ensure personalized attention to daily needs and preferences
- Medication administration by nurses
- Physical, occupational and speech therapies and rehabilitation center on-site
- Life Enrichment Manager with a full-time activity team
Enhanced Memory Care
- We offer two levels of memory care, which enables us to support seniors with any degree of memory loss.
- Our Connections Neighborhood is for residents coping with early to middle stages of memory loss
- Our Haven Neighborhood is for residents coping with middle to late stages of memory loss
- Extensive support programs, such as:
- Wheelchair assistance
- Two-person or three-person assists
- Wound care
- Hospice
- Accommodation of special diets- such as diabetic, renal, gluten free, vegetarian- overseen by a registered dietician
- Diabetes management, including injections
- Comprehensive physical, speech and occupational therapies on-site
- Physician services on-site
- State-of-the-art sensors that alert staff to resident needs or changes in routines that warrant attention
