Our career coach, Dr. James Rouse, led the conversation as multiple Kensington Senior Living team members shared their stories about how they fell in love with their careers.
Dr. James Rouse is a purpose-driven leader and successful entrepreneur who has worked with both influential leaders and budding professionals.
He has been with Kensington Senior Living for two years, helping community members and caregivers thrive in their roles by finding joy and purpose.

The memory care in our communities consists of two neighborhoods: Connections and Haven, which are designed specifically to accommodate the various degrees of memory loss.
Through our rehabilitation services, we are able to truly promote healing and independence that’s tailored to an individual’s care needs.
