What’s Good for Your Heart is Good for Your Head

Did you know that caring for your heart also nurtures your brain? Aging with a vibrant, dementia-free mind depends on the health of your heart and the vast network of blood vessels that support it. Join us for an enlightening event where Dr. Annie Fenn—physician, chef, and founder of The Brain Health Kitchen—will share her insights on how dietary choices you make today can help safeguard your brain for tomorrow. Click HERE our watch the video below to enjoy our event recording.

Founder of Brain Health Kitchen, Dr. Fenn will dive into the science-backed benefits of the MIND Diet, a powerful tool shown to reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Plus, don’t miss her live cooking demonstration, where she’ll whip up brain-boosting recipes straight from her acclaimed new cookbook, The Brain Health Kitchen: Preventing Alzheimer’s Through Food (Artisan Books, 2023). You’ll leave with practical tips, delicious recipes, and a deeper understanding of how what’s good for your heart is truly good for your head.

At Kensington Senior Living, we’re committed to loving and caring for your family as we do our own—and that includes empowering you with the latest in health, wellness, and nutrition. Let us be your trusted partner on the journey to lifelong well-being.

Dr. Annie Fenn is the founder of The Brain Health Kitchen, the only cooking school of its kind focused exclusively on brain health and helping people prevent cognitive decline through food and lifestyle. After twenty years as a board-certified ob-gyn, she traded in her stethoscope for an apron to pursue her passion for the culinary arts. But it was her mother’s diagnosis with dementia that helped Fenn find her path and her new calling, one that enabled her to not only help her mother but also create significant and meaningful impact for others. Fenn lives in Jackson, Wyoming. Find her on Instagram at @brainhealthkitchen.
